"Customer Alienation for $138"
I made a purchase on eBay, and this company handled the shipping. Unfortunately, I got the size wrong. I tried to start the return process through eBay but hit a wall. The first rep I spoke to at Equipatron mentioned they were 'starting the return process' and that I’d get an email. After waiting a week, I called again only to find out I needed to go through eBay. If it was worth $138 to lose a first-time buyer and turn them into someone who shares both good and bad experiences, then hats off to you! I’m done with this company for good.

"Bought a fresh engine for my John Deere"
I got a new engine for my Deere D110 on Friday afternoon, and let me tell ya, it was super simple to put in. I had to ring them up once with a quick question, and Floyd was really great. The whole installation took me about 2.5 hours. I've already put 2 hours on the new engine, and I gotta say, it has totally outshined the original equipment, no doubt about it. From my first email to my last call, every team member has been fantastic. Thanks a bunch and best of luck!!!

The ordering was pretty smooth **** (4 stars, kinda like what you'd expect from most online shops). The part I got was spot on ***** (5 stars). The speed of delivery was top-notch *****+ (5+ stars, really quick!). I felt secure while placing my order *****+ (5+ stars). The pricing and shipping fees were also solid ***** (5 stars). If you're in the market for a new engine or parts, give Equipatron a ring. Their phone staff is super knowledgeable and polite. It's tough to find businesses like this nowadays. If you chat with someone you vibe with, be sure to grab their name and ask for them next time, even if they ain't on commission. You've already talked to them, so they know what you need, and you won't have to repeat yourself. That's how I prefer it!

"Earned My Trust and Confidence!"
I've used Equipatron on two different occasions. At first, I had a bit of "Hesitation" with my initial order, so I decided to chat with one of their reps over the phone. I just needed that "Person to Person" vibe to help me figure out if I could trust them. After that first call, we exchanged emails to make sure the equipment I picked was right for me. Once I felt good about it, I placed my order over the phone.

All the communication and return calls were handled in a professional and timely way. They sent me the Purchase Confirmation and Tracking Numbers super fast. I was really surprised at how quickly the equipment showed up. And yes, it was just as described and worked like a charm.

I’ve gone ahead and used their services again, this time ordering online without any direct interaction. The whole process was a breeze. I got my Order Confirmations, Purchase Receipt, and Tracking Numbers sent to my email right on time.

Once more, the equipment arrived quickly and met my expectations. Will I buy from them again? You bet!

"They came through for me"
I was browsing Amazon for some edger blades when I stumbled upon this online store's name at the bottom of the page. I hadn't heard of them before, but I decided to check out their selection. To my surprise, their price for what I needed was over 50% less. I placed an order for the edger blades, and before I knew it, they arrived via FedEx. If I need more garden supplies in the future, I’d definitely shop with them again. Nice work, Equipatron!

"Return Request Denied Due to Fine Print"
I bought a couple of parts for my snowblower, thinking ahead for repairs. I only needed one right away, but since the company that makes my blower went out of business, I figured it was safer to grab two. I didn’t crack open the boxes until spring when I was getting my blower ready for summer. When I finally opened them, I found out the parts were too long. Turns out, there are two different sizes. I reached out to customer service, and they told me that since it was past their 60-day return window, they wouldn’t take them back for an exchange. No exceptions, they said. I get that policies are important, but they shouldn’t be set in stone. All I wanted was to swap them for the correct size. The rep I spoke to flat out refused my request. I guess I won’t be buying from this company again.
